Key responsibilities & impact

Getting things done: Collaborate with the founders to set priorities and then go make them happen
Go-to-market execution: Keep our sales ops running cleanly, support founder-led sales into top Physical AI companies, and support our marketing efforts across socials and at industry events
Business operations: Help us spend wisely through budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and build the lightweight systems and processes a fast-growing company needs
Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress
Market intelligence: Stay on top of a fast-moving industry and turn research into decisions the team can act on

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years across fast-paced, high-impact environments such as an early-stage startup in a GTM, Sales ops, growth, or BizOps role
A bias for action
Comfortable in ambiguity
A natural at stakeholder management and communication
Technically fluent enough to be credible with a deeply technical team and our physical AI customers
