About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of all LEA Reply implementations in North America (WMS, YMS, LMS, and related modules).
- Define and enforce delivery governance, methodology, and quality standards aligned with global Reply frameworks.
- Build and scale the North American implementation team, including onboarding, training, structure, and performance management.
- Proactively manage delivery risk, escalations, and corrective action plans to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Ensure solutions align with customer business objectives, ROI expectations, and operational realities, supporting late-stage sales and complex pursuits.
- Own services financial performance, including margin, utilization, forecasting, and delivery predictability.
- Oversee post–go-live stabilization and transition to Customer Success, driving satisfaction and long-term referenceability.
- Collaborate with global Reply teams and partners to balance capacity, share best practices, and ensure consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in supply chain software consulting or implementation leadership.
- Proven experience delivering WMS or supply chain execution system implementations.
- Proven knowledge of system architectures and modern technologies.
- Experience managing multi-site, enterprise, or global deployments.
- Strong team organization acumen with attention to financial aspects related to long-term projects.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
