About the role

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition across PLG channels
  • Accountability for self-serve new user acquisition and paid channel efficiency
  • Manage multi-million dollar media budgets focusing on CAC efficiency
  • Identify performance gaps and inefficiencies in existing campaigns
  • Drive continuous optimization and a rigorous testing culture
  • Design and run structured A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Lead channel expansion efforts based on emerging acquisition opportunities
  • Partner with Creative and Design teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Build measurement infrastructure and ensure accurate attribution of paid channels

Requirements

  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience with expertise specifically in SEM/Paid Search
  • Experience with other channels such as paid social, display, programmatic, and affiliate channels
  • Proven track record inheriting and improving an existing paid acquisition program
  • Deep fluency in performance measurement and attribution models
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling data, building dashboards
  • Experience marketing consumer or prosumer SaaS products with a product-led or freemium growth model
