About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive long and short-term program strategy that centers Jewish service programs
  • Ensure Repair’s Jewish educational pedagogy is infused consistently throughout all programs
  • Align local program strategies with Repair the World’s organizational mission and values
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of local programs
  • Develop strategy and execution plan for geographic expansion of Repair across Los Angeles
  • Lead all fundraising efforts for Repair the World Los Angeles
  • Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of individual donors, foundations, and institutional partners
  • Identify and develop new local funding opportunities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Repair the World Los Angeles team
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with Jewish and service-based organizations in Los Angeles

Requirements
