Operations

• Monitor the service corps application pipeline in Salesforce and work with local staff to keep applicant and corps member records current as they move from applied through confirmed
• Track completion of onboarding paperwork — signed agreements, banking, and tax forms handled through Adobe Sign — and follow up on anything outstanding
• Add confirmed corps members to the city-specific payment tracking boards in Monday.com and confirm completed paperwork reaches the finance inbox
• Support a smooth experience from acceptance through a corps member’s first weeks
• Track service hours logged in Salesforce and communicate with local staff if any corps members are behind to help them catch up
• Support local staff in monthly cohort time data uploads, including learning engagements from partner cohorts that are tracked outside Salesforce
• Work with the Data Team to track pre- and post-program survey completion, and follow up with Repair staff regarding any corps members who still need to finish them
• Enter data for the overarching components of the program and help fill data requests from program staff
• Review the Monday.com payment boards to confirm corps members are ready for payment — surveys complete and hours logged — and keep statuses updated weekly
• Communicate any challenges directly with local staff for follow up
• Coordinate with the finance team to move approved payments through Bill.com and resolve questions along the way
• Support intake of service partner interest forms and keep the partner board in Monday.com current
• Ensure all service partners have signed MOUs and provide up-to-date Certificates of Insurance
• Collect curriculum submissions from local staff and support a light quality-control review
• Review and update service corps systems and tasks to make service corps easier to hand off and repeat, and onboard new staff to service corps systems and processes
• Contribute to an internal, cross-functional working group to identify efficiencies and flag blind spots
• Identify and help build AI tools and workflows into admin and ops systems to support operational efficiency
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to support drafting and communications workflows

Recruitment

• Develop and lead a recruitment strategy aligned with Repair’s growth priorities, workforce planning needs, and long-term priorities around culture and professional development
• Partner with senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to leadership succession planning
• Proactively build relationships with emerging and established talent in the Jewish communal and nonprofit sectors to maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates across key functions
• Stay current on best practices in equitable, inclusive hiring and bring those practices into our work
• Design and manage efficient, equitable hiring processes across the organization
• Optimize technology and standardize practices to improve the candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire
• Build and maintain a candidate database that supports proactive pipeline development across functions and levels
• Strengthen Repair’s employer brand and organizational profile in the talent market by developing and executing outreach strategies that expand Repair’s visibility with mission-driven talent
• Guide department leaders on role design, compensation benchmarking, and effective interview and evaluation practices
• Build hiring managers’ capacity to run strong, equitable searches
• Cultivate a recruitment mindset across the organization, equipping staff to serve as connectors for Repair in their professional networks and to activate those networks when roles open

Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Communications

• Lead project management and execution of Repair's two major annual fundraising campaigns, including strategy, content, channel mix, timeline, and cross-functional coordination
• Plan and execute grassroots fundraising efforts between major campaigns, including giving days, thematic moments, matching gift opportunities, and smaller engagement pushes
• Own the annual donor communications calendar across all giving levels, with emphasis on grassroots and mid-level donors
• Write and produce Repair's national donor newsletter and regular community updates
• Write donor-facing content, including blog posts, stories from the field, impact snapshots, and other materials that can be promoted to donors and supporters
• Conduct prospect research to support frontline fundraisers, including individual, foundation, and corporate prospects
• Coordinate with marketing/communications, programs, and digital teams on campaign execution and content needs
• Support development leadership in testing engagement strategies such as peer-to-peer campaigns and donor event content
