Full-stack Engineer

• You translate ICPs and buyer personas into precise sourcing criteria, queries, and filters.
• Clay GTM engineering: automate and optimize workflows using Clay, Zapier, and Make.
• You build, maintain, and optimize lead lists for campaigns: from hypothesis formation to delivery.
• You ensure freshness, validity, and ICP fit of data.
• You track time-to-list, cost-per-lead, and call-to-connect rates, with clear, logical documentation to ensure reproducibility.
• You monitor source performance (e.g., A/B tests of segments), form hypotheses (new industries, roles, company sizes) and drive optimizations.
• Close coordination with our Customer Success team as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• You define blueprints, sourcing standards by industry, best practices, a top data-sources matrix (quality-cost-speed), and automated reporting setups.
• You keep an eye on trends (new tools, data-privacy updates) and introduce new, data-driven initiatives internally—never theoretical.

GTM Engineer

• Automatisierung und Optimierung von Workflows mit Clay, Zapier, Make.
• Du baust, pflegst und optimierst Lead-Listen für Kampagnen: von der Hypothesenbildung bis zur Lieferung.
• Du sicherst Aktualität, Validität und ICP-Fit.
• Du trackst Time-to-List, Costs/Lead und Call-to-Connect-Rates, mit klarer und logischer Dokumentation für Reproduzierbarkeit.
• Du monitorst Quellen-Performance (z.B. A/B-Tests von Segmenten), bildest Hypothesen (neue Branchen, Rollen, Firmengrößen) und setzt Impulse für Optimierungen.
• Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Customer Success Team, sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Du definierst: Blueprints, Sourcing-Standards je Branche, Best-Practices, TOP-Datenquellen-Matrix (Qualität-Kosten-Speed) und automatisierte Reporting-Setups.
• Du hast Trends im Blick (neue Tools, Datenschutz-Updates) und setzt intern neue Impulse: immer datenbasiert, nie theoretisch.

Sales Development Rep

• In this position you lay the foundation for optimal performance by successfully onboarding new SDRs and supporting your team in a motivating, supportive and challenging manner so that our sales talents continue to take off successfully.
• The role gives you the opportunity to contribute strategically and help drive REP's success and growth.
• As Teamlead, you are responsible for one of our SDR outbound teams of up to 12 SDRs and, with your coaching leadership style, ensure the achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
• In addition, you focus on outbound measures: you test new strategies, develop them further and analyze their success in close cooperation with the leadership team and derive new best practices and guidelines from them.
• As a leader, you are responsible for the team's performance and empower it through coaching, training and 1:1 sessions.
• You are a player-coach: you lead by example with successful calling and set a standard for your team.
• You are always at the forefront during events and campaigns.
• As Teamlead, you also take responsibility for 10+ clients: with your solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer-first mindset, you ensure that both clients and internal teams are sustainably supported.
• You work closely with Customer Success and the leadership team to ensure smooth coordination and continuous improvements in the outbound process.

Teamlead SDR

• As a leader you are accountable for the team’s performance and empower them through coaching, training and 1:1 sessions.
• You are responsible for 10+ clients: with your solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer-first mindset you ensure sustainable support for both clients and internal teams.
• You work closely with Customer Success and the leadership team to ensure smooth alignment and continuous improvements in the outbound process.
