• Du entwickelst unsere Anzeigen, Kanäle (Join, LinkedIn & Co.) und Candidate Experience weiter.
• End-to-End-Recruiting für SDRs: von der Ansprache über Screening bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
• Aktives Sourcing über LinkedIn, Job-Plattformen, Active Sourcing und den Aufbau eigener Kanäle.
• Aufbau und Pflege eines aussagekräftigen Recruiting-Dashboards & Reportings (Conversion-Rates, Time-to-Hire, Kanal-Performance).
• Eigenverantwortliches Alert-System: Du schlägst Alarm, bevor die Pipeline leerläuft.
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozess, Interview-Setup und Tooling.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Sales-Lead bei Bedarfsplanung und Konditionen.

Sales Development Rep

• In this role you lay the foundation for optimal performance by successfully onboarding new SDRs and supporting your team in a motivating, nurturing and challenging way so our sales talent can continue to thrive.
• The role gives you the opportunity to contribute strategically and help drive REP's success and growth.
• As Team Lead you are responsible for one of our SDR outbound teams of up to 12 SDRs and, with a coaching leadership style, ensure the achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
• You will also focus on outbound initiatives: you test new strategies, iterate on them and analyze their success in close collaboration with the leadership team, deriving new best practices and playbooks.
• As a leader you are accountable for the team’s performance and enable it through coaching, training and 1:1 sessions.
• You are a player-coach: you lead by example with successful calling and set the standard for your team.
• You are always at the forefront during events and campaigns.
• As Team Lead you are also responsible for 10+ clients: with your solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer-first mindset you ensure sustainable support for both clients and internal teams.
• You work closely with Customer Success and the leadership team to ensure smooth coordination and continuous improvements in the outbound process.
