Onboarding Specialist

• Ensure that every new client project starts in a structured, transparent, and efficient way: with a clearly defined setup, fast time-to-value, and a smooth handover to the Growth team.
• Own the entire customer onboarding phase: from sales handover to call kickoff and the handover into the Growth stage.
• Set up the basic project framework including tooling, process templates, and tracking logic (in close internal coordination).
• Prepare and internally communicate lead-sourcing parameters.
• HubSpot data maintenance and management.

• You identify potential B2B customers and proactively reach out to them by phone or via digital channels
• You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads according to clear criteria
• You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas
• You reliably document your results in the CRM system
• You collaborate closely with our project managers and provide valuable market feedback
• You continuously develop through coaching, feedback and best practices from the community
