Requirements

  • No experience required; prior experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings (1pm–9pm shifts)
  • Comfortable interacting face-to-face with homeowners in a sales/marketing environment
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Availability to work weekends, if required
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
  • Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; ability to confirm sponsorship status
