Requirements
- No experience required; prior experience is a plus
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings (currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts)
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken and comfortable with face-to-face interaction
- Comfortable interacting with and speaking directly to homeowners to promote products and services
- Ability to work a consistent M-F schedule; availability for weekends if required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship questioned in application
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
