About the role
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
- Conduct in-home sales consultations and present solutions for home improvement projects
- Sell MaxHome products and services; focus on converting warm, pre-qualified leads
- Meet 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day
- Travel extensively to customer homes; daily driving up to ~100 miles
- Work evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet customer schedules
- Participate in paid training and ongoing sales development
- Work independently within a motivated, results-driven team to earn and retain customers
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision
- Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road!
- Comfortable with a 100% commission role
- This role requires daily driving, sometimes up to 100 miles/day
- This role requires evening & weekend availability
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
