About the role

  • Establishing whether applicants are suitable for the roles they have applied for
  • Rejecting unsuitable applicants at the application and phone screening stage
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Reviewing internal roles and making recruiters aware of applications
  • Maintaining candidate relationships through the recruitment process
  • Keeping spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
  • Assisting other telephone screeners with additional workload if required
  • Taking part in meetings with recruiters to update on the progress of roles
  • Contacting applicants to encourage them to leave reviews of our service

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a customer service or phone-based role would be advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
  • Can work well within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
