Operations

• Lead a multi-brand fulfillment operation structured similarly to a shared-services or 3PL environment, supporting diverse product types, service levels, and brand requirements.
• Establish and maintain standardized fulfillment, warehouse, and inbound receiving processes across brands while balancing brand-specific needs.
• Define and own network-wide KPIs covering productivity, cost, service, inventory accuracy, and damage rates.
• Directly lead all Alabama-based warehouse and fulfillment operations as a consolidated multi-brand distribution hub.
• Own financial responsibility for fulfillment and warehouse operations, including labor, freight, supplies, and operating expenses.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement technology systems and operational tools to improve productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and damage reduction.
