Account Manager

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-growth customers, establishing yourself as their trusted business advisor and primary point of contact.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, their key objectives, and their technical roadmap to create and account plans that ensure Render is delivering maximum value.
• Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks by addressing customer concerns, articulating Render's scalability, and reinforcing the value proposition.
• Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities to convert customers from month-to-month to committed annual contracts and lead the upsell motion.
• Collaborate closely with our Customer Engineers, who own the technical relationship with developers, to present a unified front and ensure customers are both technically successful and strategically aligned.
• Lead regular business reviews with key stakeholders to showcase ROI, review progress against goals, and uncover new opportunities for partnership.
• Serve as the voice of your customers internally, sharing their feedback and insights with our Product and Engineering teams.
• Represent Render with authenticity, curiosity, and technical credibility in every customer interaction.

Strategic Account Manager

Revenue Operations

• lead Sales and GTM planning that translates company strategy into operationalized GTM plans, including headcount and capacity planning, territory design, and quota setting across all segments and motions. Build and maintain bottoms-up revenue and pipeline models; run scenario planning to inform where we invest. Facilitate QBRs and own exec and board-level reporting on GTM performance, partnering with finance.
• own, administer, and continuously improve the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft, Clay, and adjacent tooling. Evaluate and implement new tools, workflows, and AI solutions to increase automation and efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.
• Own the weekly forecast process: pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, deal inspection cadence, and CRM data integrity. Build metrics dashboards and reports that give GTM leadership a real-time view of pipeline health, win rates, productivity, and efficiency trends.
• Operationalize the full PQL (Product Qualified Lead framework): define scoring logic, usage-based triggers, routing rules, and automated outreach paths that convert self-serve users into enterprise opportunities. Partner with Product and Business Operations to instrument the customer lifecycle, from free tier activation through expansion, and surface actionable signals to Sales.
• Build and run a Deal Desk function that structures enterprise contracts with speed and consistency, protecting margin while removing friction from AEs. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Biz Ops on CPQ, pricing, billing, and order management.
• Design, model, and administer sales compensation plans in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership. Ensure comp structures are competitive, motivating, and tightly tied to business outcomes.
• Hire and develop a lean, high-leverage RevOps team as the business scales. Foster a culture of operational rigor, intellectual honesty, and continuous improvement.

Director of Revenue Operations

Engineering Manager

• Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for platform capabilities and critical customer experiences that support customer expansion and scale
• Own a significant portion of the platform and user experience, contributing to areas such as:
• - APIs and integrations ecosystem
• - Identity and access management (IAM), roles, and permissions
• - Compliance and enterprise readiness features
• - CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and operational tooling

Data Scientist

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing data science team across analytics, experimentation, and statistical modeling.
• Personally drive and guide impactful IC work, from ad hoc analysis to ML-based modeling projects.
• Create and evangelize best practices for data reliability, reproducibility, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define a long term data strategy
• Own and scale the Data Science function across product, growth, and go-to-market, aligning with company OKRs and strategic bets.

Head of Data Science

Account Executive

• Build new business pipeline in mid-market and enterprise accounts through proactive and targeted outbound prospecting.
• Capitalize on product-led growth signals (PQLs) and inbound interest to identify, qualify, and convert high-potential opportunities.
• Quarterback the full sales cycle for strategic mid-market and enterprise deals, from initial qualification to close, effectively managing timelines and aligning internal resources to win.
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical leaders, deeply understanding their infrastructure challenges and mapping Render's value to their core business objectives.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to drive account expansion within your book of mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring long-term success by identifying and nurturing opportunities for growth.
• Be a GTM pioneer by helping build, document, and refine our sales playbooks, processes, and best practices as a foundational member of the team.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Product and Marketing to influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy.

Accounting Manager

• Own and support the monthly financial close, including general ledger reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of management reporting packages
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, process documentation, and technical accounting memos to support strong internal controls, audit readiness, and a scalable accounting function
• Establish and own the company’s stock-based compensation accounting process, including coordination with external partners, tracking equity activity, preparing journal entries, and ensuring accurate expense recognition under ASC 718 (with support and guidance from the Controller)
• Proactively identify process gaps and lead improvements that enhance automation, strengthen controls, and position the accounting function to scale with the business
• Act as a key partner to assist the Controller with audit preparation, compliance requirements, and tax filings, taking ownership of assigned workstreams
• Lead system enhancements and process improvements, including system implementations, workflow redesign, and automation initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to streamline payroll, procure to pay, equity and expense management processes
• Take ownership of special projects and evolving responsibilities in a fast-growing environment, bringing structure and follow-through to ambiguous work
• Own balance sheet reconciliations for payroll, bank, accounts payable, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, equity, leases and other GL accounts
• Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, combining hands-on execution with ownership of vendor relationships, contract and payment term review and workflow improvements; maintain and continuously strengthen internal controls in P2P cycle, proactively identifying risks and driving remediation
• Own accounting operations related to payroll including but not limited to processing and reconciling deductions, benefits, 401K, flexible spending plans and related reconciliations
• Ensure quarterly and annual payroll tax filings are accurate and timely in coordination with our payroll provider
• Own lease accounting under ASC 842, including journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
