About the role

  • Work with customers to ensure an exceptional implementation experience and system solutions delivery
  • Support HCM & GP Onboarding Consultants and wider business to deliver successful implementations by requirements and workflows mapping, data migrations, system set ups and designing user manuals
  • Perform all data migration, cleansing, and validation activities collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and map current processes to system requirements
  • Support integration projects in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with customers' internal teams (IT, HR, Data, Payroll, Finance) to set up HRIS systems
  • Create customised client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption
  • Create UAT plans and test scripts, capture feedback, and ensure issues are resolved before go-live
  • Ensure handover to BAU teams upon implementation completion and support hypercare when required
  • Ensure all data and analysis deliverables are met with 100% accuracy within agreed timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Payroll, Customer Success and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation

Requirements

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL queries and data analysis
  • Customer focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and helping to deliver solutions
  • Proven ability to create clear, user-friendly guides, training materials, and system documentation tailored to non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing or supporting in an analyst function system implementations, integrations and configuration for enterprise clients
  • Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts and guiding users through testing
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms and data migration best practices
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
