About the role
- Work with customers to ensure an exceptional implementation experience and system solutions delivery
- Support HCM & GP Onboarding Consultants and wider business to deliver successful implementations by requirements and workflows mapping, data migrations, system set ups and designing user manuals
- Perform all data migration, cleansing, and validation activities collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and map current processes to system requirements
- Support integration projects in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with customers' internal teams (IT, HR, Data, Payroll, Finance) to set up HRIS systems
- Create customised client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption
- Create UAT plans and test scripts, capture feedback, and ensure issues are resolved before go-live
- Ensure handover to BAU teams upon implementation completion and support hypercare when required
- Ensure all data and analysis deliverables are met with 100% accuracy within agreed timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Payroll, Customer Success and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation
Requirements
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL queries and data analysis
- Customer focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and helping to deliver solutions
- Proven ability to create clear, user-friendly guides, training materials, and system documentation tailored to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing or supporting in an analyst function system implementations, integrations and configuration for enterprise clients
- Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts and guiding users through testing
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent project management skills
- Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms and data migration best practices
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
