About the role
- Design and create visually engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, and campaigns using Canva or Photoshop.
- Write and edit compelling marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, and client projects.
- Develop, schedule, and monitor content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with website updates in WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
- Use AI tools to support research, content ideation, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver branding and marketing initiatives.
- Take notes during client meetings and assist in client-facing communications.
- Support client projects and internal initiatives related to campaigns and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong design sensibility and confidence in Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a marketing and content focus.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML.
- Comfortable using AI tools to streamline content and marketing tasks.
- SEO knowledge, including keyword research and reporting tools. (Nice-to-have)
- Video editing skills and experience with Reels/TikToks. (Nice-to-have)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack). (Nice-to-have)
- Basic reporting and analytics skills for campaign performance. (Nice-to-have)
- Must reside in Latin American (LATAM) countries listed and submit resumes in English.
