About the role
- Execute and report on comprehensive SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and mapping to improve rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
- Design and execute link-building and backlink strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Perform audits of current and prospective client websites.
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content structure) according to SEO best practices.
- Identify and implement technical SEO improvements (page speed, mobile-friendliness, URL structure).
- Develop content briefs and write SEO-driven copy for blogs, service, and product pages.
- Ensure SEO content is properly uploaded and compliant with best practices.
- Flag and resolve technical or content-related issues as needed.
- Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, including LLM-driven search traffic.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience managing and optimizing SEO for service-based and eCommerce websites.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Search Console).
- Hands-on experience with local SEO (Google Business Profile, local listings).
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Previous agency experience (nice to have).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (nice to have).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (nice to have).
