**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve Google search rankings.
- Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console to monitor, analyze, and enhance website SEO performance.
- Submit and maintain large, dynamic sitemaps to ensure accurate indexing and optimal search presence.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate SEO best practices into website design and architecture.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, including metadata, headlines, and descriptions, to improve engagement and ranking.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Partner with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with content and campaign initiatives.
**Profile & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–6 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in SEO management for high-traffic websites.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Strong knowledge of web development principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager.
- Proven ability to improve Google rankings through effective SEO strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and their impact on SEO.
- Solid understanding of keyword research, data models, and content optimization.
- Power BI skills for analytics and visualization are a plus.
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are highly desirable.
