Program Assistant

• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and always operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation
• Helps to develop the curriculum for his or her department
• Assists in the recruitment, orientation, and training of faculty
• Provides suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, demotion, discipline, or any other change of status for an employee under his or her direct supervision to the Campus Dean; suggestions and recommendations are given particular weight
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to specific subject matter areas under his or her administrative guidance
• Assists in organizing student orientations and graduation ceremonies and participates in such activities
• Assists in organizing Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings in his or her department and attends such meetings
• Monitors students’ attendance and attrition
• Controls attrition for his or her department
• Researches and implements technological changes in his or her field
• Supervises, coordinates, and customarily and regularly directs the work of all employees in his or her academic program
• Provides assistance and support to the DCA/Campus Dean in the implementation of academic program objectives and for positive outcomes
• Teaches courses as required
• Travels as required
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned
• Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel
• Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company
• Performs the job on site when required

Lab Assistant – Program Chair

Receptionist

• Receives incoming calls and greets guests; answers inquiries and performs a variety of administrative duties as assigned.
• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and operates at all times within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation.
• Obtains callers’ names and arranges for the individuals to speak with and/or meet with the appropriate staff.
• Assists in the admissions process by typing/addressing letters and envelopes, completing reports, and inputting data into the administrative database, as assigned.
• Provides accurate sources of lead flow documentation and distribution.
• Administers and proctors the Wonderlic entrance evaluation for prospective students, as assigned.
• Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
• Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel.
• Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company.
• Performs the job on site when required.
• Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required.

Admissions Representative

• Contacts and interviews prospective students and assists those desiring admission through the admissions process.
• Successfully completes all admissions-related training programs, and displays thorough knowledge of all admissions-related training materials, policies, and procedures, as well as admissions-related documents including, but not limited to, the Application and Enrollment Agreement and the Campus Catalog.
• Contacts prospective students (leads) and provides accurate and complete information about the Campus and the programs of education offered by the Campus.
• Provides complete and accurate responses to questions from prospective and enrolling students, except that he or she does not engage in detailed discussions about financial aid programs.
• Sets appointments and conducts interviews with prospective students.
• Conducts Campus tours for prospective students.
• Assists applicants in completing application and enrollment paperwork, and executes such paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Represents the Campus at job fairs and college fairs or other offsite locations as permitted by applicable regulations and as assigned by the Director of Admissions or the Assistant Director of Admissions.
• Provides prospective students with only approved advertising and program or employment-related materials.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
• Performs the job onsite when required. Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required. Subject to change if superseded by Human Resources policy regarding remote work.

• Directs and coordinates all job placement activities and services for students and graduates at the Campus.
• Attains targeted placement rates per accrediting/state standards.
• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and operates at all times within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation.
• Assists graduates with job placement.
• Conducts interviews with and hires, fires, promotes, demotes, trains, and develops all Career Services Representatives at the Campus.
• Supervises, coordinates, and customarily and regularly directs the work of all employees within the Career Services Department at the Campus.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to specific subject matter areas under his or her administrative guidance.

• Schedules and promotes career fairs and related activities, including workshops and seminars for students and graduates.
• Serves as a public relations liaison in the community.
• Surveys graduates and employers regularly.
• Assists the Externship Coordinator with selecting/coordinating student externship sites and setting up required meetings, including pre-externship sessions.
• Monitors and prepares externship attendance/drops reports and forms.
• Teaches courses as required.
• Travels as required.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
