About the role
- Lead systems and processes that drive revenue growth across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Align and optimize processes across sales, marketing, and customer success with customer journey focus
- Own and manage the CRM and sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Partner with leadership to define and track KPIs across the revenue organization
- Lead territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modeling
- Collaborate with sales development and partnership teams to drive pipeline generation improvement
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement and automation
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure seamless marketing to sales handoff
- Support sales enablement and onboarding initiatives
- Experiment with and deploy new technologies (e.g., AI) to drive GTM efficiency
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in leading revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales/marketing tech stacks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Experience and passion for experimenting with and deploying cutting edge GTM technology and processes
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer-sponsored visa support
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (optional)
