About the role
- This position builds long-term organizational optimizations in sync with larger HM Technology efforts
- Oversees organization’s budget/planning
- Directs the definition and implementation of quality practices and creates the product vision for tools and analytics teams to support the ongoing life cycle management of applicable key products and/or systems
- Develops leaders to build senior leadership bench strength
Requirements
- 15+ years of Operational, PMO, and Software Development experience combined
- 7+ years of Leadership Experience
- BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
