About the role
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Director
- Manage and retain an existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring protection and growth of base revenue
- Develop and execute customer account plans and retention strategies
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through gap analysis and insight‑led selling
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations
- Support new business activity alongside Business Development Managers, including client meetings, demos and on‑site visits
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with sales support, technical and implementation teams to deliver customer success
Requirements
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B, SaaS, data or technology‑led environment
- Strong experience managing and growing key customer accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time, priorities and forecasts effectively
- Comfortable working in a team‑based, collaborative sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Open to learning and self-development
