About the role
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.
- Understand client goals and align our solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and strategy teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Deliver insights and forecasts through regular reporting and performance reviews.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitive movements.
Requirements
- Proven success in account management or client success roles within SaaS, data services, or tech.
- A natural relationship builder with a hunter mindset—you spot opportunities and act fast.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.
- Insight-led and consultative in your approach, with a passion for solving real-world problems.
- Skilled in CRM usage and client engagement across multiple channels.
- Willing to travel to key clients and represent LexisNexis Risk with professionalism and impact.
- Experience in Insurance, Pensions or Investments Sectors is a strong advantage.
