Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth go-to-market launches and strong adoption.
Partner externally and internally: navigate and evaluate strategic lending partners while working with Relay’s risk and data teams to build toward an in-house suite of credit products and long-term underwriting capabilities.
Champion product culture at Relay: bring curiosity, ownership, and a high bar for quality that elevates both the Lending product line and the product team as a whole.
Requirements
At least five years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping and owning products at scale
Proven ability to take ownership of a product area and influence broader strategy.
Strong data competency with the ability to self-serve metrics and write basic SQL queries to support decision making
Excellent storytelling and communication skills
Experience working closely with engineering and design as part of a leadership trifecta to deliver polished, high-quality experiences
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective launches and adoption
Comfort working in ambiguous environments while bringing structure and clarity where needed
Experimental & curious in your approach to product management
Bonus points: experience in fintech or lending products; joined a company at its early stages and seen it through scale; experience working in a fintech startup; familiar with risk/fraud tools or credit underwriting frameworks.
