💰 $80,000 - $100,000 per year
About the role
- Ensure a safe and efficient parking operation while delivering service that exceeds customer/client expectations
- Operate multiple locations in a specified territory including staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required
- Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss through theft, error, or carelessness
- Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports monthly and make adjustments to achieve budget goals
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and escalated concerns
- Supervise location management and/or frontline staff including delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
- Monitor facility and premises maintenance to ensure garage/lot is clean, safe, and maintained to standards; supervise maintenance projects
- Recruit, select, and train new managers and frontline employees; develop onboarding plans
- Act as main point of contact for clients or Property Managers; attend location meetings and respond to client requests
- Assist in preparation of marketing proposals to bid on new business and work with Acquisition and Transitions Director for transitions and new account openings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the parking industry, preferred
