About the role
- Complete analysis of loan level data, perform verification of client reporting and perform calculations and reporting as contractually required
- Completing analysis of customer data files and verifications of collateral and payment values reported by various deal parties
- Verification of collateral balances and monitoring of performance ratios of the collateral
- Calculating and verifying cash flow waterfalls and payment amounts
- Researching and resolving discrepancies uncovered during our verification
- Review controlling legal documents related to contractual duties
- Support clients by maintaining and providing prompt and accurate service to external clients and internal departments
- Deliver reporting and accurate and timely verification of client reporting within Corporate Trust
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting or analysis or Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Passion for numbers with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to independently perform tasks within the Securities Admin Services lines of business
- Proven ability to analyses information and make independent decisions
- Undertakes basic tasks and processes in own area of expertise
- Knowledge and experience are gained through some formal training
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Resilient and able to adapt quickly to change
- Willingness to learn multiple tasks
