About the role
- Ensure a safe and efficient parking operation across multiple locations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports
- Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss
- Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports monthly and make budget adjustments
- Assist and address guest questions, problems, and escalated concerns
- Supervise location management and frontline staff: delegate, coach, monitor performance, ensure compliance
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates
- Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
- Monitor and supervise maintenance of facility and premises to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Recruit, select, and train new managers and frontline employees; develop onboarding plans
- Act as main point of contact for clients or Property Managers and attend location meetings
- Assist in preparing marketing proposals to bid on new business
- Work closely with Acquisition and Transitions Director to manage transitions and new account openings
- Physical demands: walk around property for extended periods, operate small office equipment, remain seated for extended periods
- Working conditions: indoor and outdoor environments; subject to extreme heat and cold weather
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the parking industry, preferred
