About the role
- Ensure safe and efficient parking operations while delivering service that exceeds customer/client expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of operating a large or complex parking facility including staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations.
- Supervise location staff: delegate, coach/develop, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Recruit, select, and train new employees; develop onboarding plans.
- Act as main point of contact to client/Property Manager; attend meetings and respond to client requests.
- Monitor facility maintenance; supervise maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss.
- Review profit and loss, adjustments, and variance reports monthly; make adjustments to meet budget goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
- Assist guests with questions, problems, and escalated concerns; respond to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately.
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates; report to Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Must have Luxury Hotel Valet Management Experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in account management and revenue collection.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in the parking industry (preferred).
