About the role
- Ensure safe and efficient parking operations delivering exceptional customer service
- Supervise location staff: delegate, coach/develop, monitor performance, ensure compliance with company standards
- Recruit, select, and train new employees and develop onboarding plans
- Serve as main point of contact to client or Property Manager and attend location meetings
- Monitor facility maintenance and supervise ongoing maintenance projects
- Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss
- Review profit and loss statements and variance reports monthly and adjust to meet budget goals
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports
- Assist guests with questions, problems, and escalated concerns; communicate professionally
- Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
Requirements
- Must have Luxury Hotel Valet Management Experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the parking industry (preferred)
