About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.\n
- Regional Business Development Manager will primarily responsible for assisting firm’s leader of strategic real estate relationships and will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).\n
- 3–5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in a prospecting-driven, metrics-based environment—preferably in the Parking Industry, or related fields such as security or building services.\n
- Demonstrated success in following a structured sales process and consistently closing deals.\n
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments, ideally involving disruptive or innovative solutions.\n
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to diagnose complex client needs and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions.\n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.\n
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.\n
- Resilient, creative, and tenacious in pursuing new business opportunities.\n
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.\n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus.\n
- Fluent in spoken and written English.\n
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit.\n
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
