Senior Manager – Supplier Quality, Power Systems

Product Designer

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, participate in collaboration with stakeholders and contribute to larger design projects
• Collaborate with product owners, product management, service, and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute visual design thinking stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Participates in user research & aligning with the larger market needs
• Provide deliverables, prototypes, and user flows, use cases that directly help drive feature value
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

UI/UX Designer

Sales

• Quickly and accurately process incoming orders in SAP.
• Ensure orders have the correct prices, discounts, current products, and customer specific delivery requirements.
• Resolve invoice issues such as credit requests and customer deductions promptly.
• Respond to and action order changes, expedites and order status requests as requested by dealers/retailers.
• Work with internal partners (Sales, Credit, Pricing, Logistics) to investigate and action any roadblocks to ensure orders flow through from entry to shipment without delay.
• Assist with Order Testing requirements for any changes to current order processing flow.
• Handle all customer emails and phone calls for an assigned territory in a timely and professional manner.
• Maximize shipments dropped to the delivery pool for processing.
• Access/update order information within customer portals.

• Under the direction of the Director of Lead Conversion, support the planning, execution, and optimization of automated marketing programs
• Build, test, and deploy multi‑step customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Create and manage segmented email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
• Work with marketing and data teams to define audience criteria and segmentation logic.
• Ensure proper use of Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and subscriber attributes.
• Conduct data hygiene checks and troubleshoot data flow or campaign issues.
• Build and QA email templates, dynamic content, and personalization strings.
• Monitor and report performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion metrics).

Market Analyst – Marketing Automation

Product Manager

• Execute VOC strategies & research within current and adjacent products to identify opportunities to enhance product offering.
• Collaborate and network with channel, trade & industry partners, along with customers to understand market needs.
• Routinely analyze and update competitive landscape, reporting on changes to KOHLER product advantages and areas to exploit market weaknesses to gain market share.
• Support and develop a strategic product roadmap that will accelerate long term growth and take share from competition.
• Develop, financial justify, and effectively gain management and cross business buy in on product specifications that positions Kohler in all required product nodes while creating differentiation between competitive products.
• Work with Marketing Communications team to identify strategies to showcase new product placement and promotion.
• Communicate product updates to our channel partners.
• Assist with pricing related activities to position products competitively per the product’s value proposition while growing EBTIDA.
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations to identify and implement Value-Added/Value-Engineering opportunities to improve margins while presenting value to end customers.
• Develop comprehensive review and impact analysis of compliance regulations governing residential standby applications.
• Proactively identify risks and develop plans for ensuring the product line is compliant with pending requirements.
• Identify kit/accessory offerings to enhance existing products within the installed base.
