About the role

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory (Greater Toronto Area and Ontario region)
  • Promote REHAU’s complete range of products to engineers, contractors, distributors, and manufacturers’ representatives
  • Research and assess market potential; develop and execute territory sales plans
  • Identify and pursue commercial and residential project opportunities to generate new business
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product training sessions for industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales Management, Marketing, and Technical Services—to support customer needs and regional goals
  • Track opportunities, projects, and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales and profitability targets established by the Sales Incentive Plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; relevant trade or technical experience may be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within the plumbing, hydronics, or construction industry
  • Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and developing long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience preferred
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 50–60% within the region
