About the role
- Teach assigned undergraduate courses in the Health and Exercise Science (HES) program
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based instruction consistent with current professional guidelines
- Develop, implement, and maintain course materials, assessments, and learning activities
- Evaluate student assignments, laboratory competencies, applied skill assessments, and examinations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date grading records and submit final grades
- Foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment
- Utilize the University’s learning management system and required instructional technologies
- Collaborate with the HES Department Chair and core faculty
Requirements
- Master’s degree in an area related to the course content
- Background in physiology and movement sciences
Benefits
- 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year
