About the role

  • Contributes to the overall roadmap and execution plan for the enterprise modernization and transformation strategy
  • Develops, maintains, and provides both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analyses for various executive forums
  • Partners across multiple areas within the Transformation Office and the enterprise to drive key results
  • Embeds a continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that frequently assesses people, process, and technology
  • Collaborates with leadership at all levels to gain consensus on significant decisions related to key strategic initiatives
  • Contributes to the development of strategic approaches to enterprise-level initiative prioritization
  • Contributes to the identification, evaluation, and development of new processes, tools, and analytics that support Regions’ modernization and transformation efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Eight (8) years of related banking work experience
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Project management and/or Agile certifications
