About the role
- Coordinates with Trust Administrators to manage real estate assets
- Collaborates with beneficiaries, co-fiduciaries, and outside professionals for management duties
- Manages assigned properties and advises customers and bank officers
- Achieves assigned sales goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Five (5) years in real estate and/or property management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preference)
- Professional certification or licensing: Real Estate – CCIM or CPM (preference)
- Timberland – Registered Forester (RF) (preference)
- Mineral Land – RPL/CPL or Licensed Geologist (preference)
- Farm Land – Accredited Farm Manager or Accredited Rural Appraiser (AFM/ARA) (preference)
- Advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good oral, written and organizational skills
- Skilled in applicable computer software, e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.
