About the role
- Support software systems, provide troubleshooting, technical assistance, installation, and training to software users
- Ensure application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality
- Obtain information on application design and functionality to propose solutions to end users
- Respond to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoots system software and operator complications
- Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows to proactively identify problem trends
- Assist with application implementations and configuration
- Perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions to production related application errors
- Perform application testing in various environments
- Deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience
- Or Associate's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience
- Or High School Diploma and seven (7) years of experience
- Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
