About the role
- Guidance and development of assigned team leaders through on-the-job training, monitoring and coaching
- Ensuring adherence to planning and scheduling requirements
- Responsibility and control for enforcing and implementing all internal project-specific parameters
- Managing and optimizing processes within projects and coordinating project-related measures with clients
- Project accountability, including regular analysis and evaluation of key metrics with respect to internal KPIs (actual share of process time, processing efficiency, implementation of agreed quality-assurance measures, etc.)
- Deriving and documenting corrective actions in case of deviations from targets
- Close monitoring of targets and target achievement
- Supporting the expansion of existing projects in collaboration with Sales
- Communication with clients
- Preparation for billing/invoicing
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the call center industry
- Confident use of MS Office and project-related SAP applications
- Several years of leadership experience
- Practical business knowledge and understanding
- Empathy, capacity for self-reflection, and resilience
- Strong communication skills with a customer- and service-oriented approach
- Analytical, goal-oriented working style and strong organizational skills
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness
