About the role

  • Development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards and guidelines
  • Conducting call monitoring, audits and feedback discussions with employees
  • Analyzing KPI data and deriving optimization recommendations
  • Training and coaching team leaders and service staff
  • Ensuring compliance with Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Supporting the introduction of new processes and tools to improve quality
  • Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level)
  • Proven professional experience in a call center, ideally in a comparable position
  • High degree of independence and initiative
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with KPI analysis and quality management tools
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel
