About the role
- Development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards and guidelines
- Conducting call monitoring, audits and feedback discussions with employees
- Analyzing KPI data and deriving optimization recommendations
- Training and coaching team leaders and service staff
- Ensuring compliance with Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Supporting the introduction of new processes and tools to improve quality
- Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level)
- Proven professional experience in a call center, ideally in a comparable position
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with KPI analysis and quality management tools
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel
