About the role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and acquire customers
- Create and maintain audience-relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, newsletter and social media
- Plan, execute and monitor social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other relevant networks
- Actively engage with the online community, respond to inquiries and moderate discussions
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and social media activities using appropriate tools and prepare regular reports for performance measurement
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search advertising (SEA)
- Build and maintain collaborations with influencers, bloggers and other relevant partners
- Plan and run online and offline events for customer retention and acquisition
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management or a comparable field
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing and social media, ideally in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge in developing marketing strategies, content creation, social media management and analysis
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, etc.
- High creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident presence
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- Excellent German, English and Turkish skills, both written and spoken
