About the role
- Support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients
- Ensure optimal access, effective pull-through, and understanding of access services and program support for the Regeneron product portfolio
- Support the company and divisional reimbursement strategy for Regeneron products within various payer segments
- Navigate and collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders, sales teams, payer teams, alliance partners, and HUBs
- Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations as a process and payer subject matter expert
- Complete strategic tactical plans for execution of Alliance products access and reimbursement initiatives
- Monitor personal performance against established performance parameters and report to the District Manager of Field Market Access
- Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support activities to educate physician offices regarding coverage and specialty pharmacy processes
- Establish and maintain knowledge on the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics working in a matrix environment
- At least 2 years Reimbursement experience
- Experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network
- Biologic expertise (Specialty Pharmacy/Buy & Bill)
- Ability to collaborate across internal stakeholders, sales teams, payer teams, alliance partners, and HUBs
- Ability to communicate across multiple regions via different mediums
