About the role
- Sales helps our prospective customers and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform!
- We are the team that responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs.
- We enable them to embody our value of Transparency and we have a fair price guarantee!
- This is an exciting opportunity to build out Remote’s name, reputation, and Global Payroll platform for either the UKI or DACH market as an Account Executive.
- This is a pure hunting role driving net new business for Remote.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
- A plus to have experience with Salesforce and exposure to sales methods like MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Sandler
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as an active member of the team
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
- Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor
- Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in the HR industry a plus
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
