• Completion of monthly PO placement process, adhering to calendar timelines, customer delivery requirements, and department supply strategy. This includes:
• Buy plan tool execution and analysis
• PO placement
• Prioritization of POs
• Direct shipment order placement to key retailers
• Production minimums review
• Strategic buys
• Air freight review and coding
• Hard Launch delivery tracking and communications
• Monthly buy summary reporting and analysis, review of PO and production minimums, requested vs confirmed ex-factory, launch/critical articles
• Prioritize demand flows to optimize inventory ownership and delivery KPIs
• Expedited freight analysis and approval
• Manage the supply and optimize inventory levels to support replenishment targets and any unique customer requirements
• Maintain all latest product updates from marketing teams
• Take actions to improve supply to achieve the highest levels of on time deliver
• Track progress of purchase orders while at factory. Respond to any delays or issues found during the production process
• Work with accounting to resolve any variances between goods received and invoices received for local production orders
• Run ad hoc reports for business partners

Senior Analyst, US Product Supply

Brand Manager

• Collaborate with brand partners and creative agencies to drive creative development from conceptual development, through production and local activation (with guidance from Manager)
• Manage and oversee content creation (shoots, interviews, etc.) for seasonal initiatives and product drops across all channels including retail, .com, paid media, social and PR
• Manage marketing project timelines aligned to internal and partner approval schedules, ensuring campaign delivery on time and in full
• Facilitate key meetings for marketing review (internal creative review, legal, partner reviews, etc)
• Create and maintain project status documents
• Lead sample and promo product ordering process
• Lead Purchase Order and Invoicing processes

• Define and manage the US omni-channel range architecture across footwear and apparel
• Ensure disciplined range sizing and assortment segmentation across wholesale and DTC channels
• Identify key franchise opportunities and marketplace gaps to inform global product strategy
• Partner with global product teams to represent the US market perspective across seasonal product milestones (Pre-THO, Brand Summit, Range Indication)
• Develop channel-specific merchandising strategies that support key US wholesale partners and DTC
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure key accounts have differentiated product strategies aligned to channel positioning
• Identify opportunities for account exclusives, SMUs, and strategic product launches
