About the role

  • Act as the first impression of REE by contacting incoming leads and explaining services for purchase
  • Establish strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism
  • Grow REE’s business through incoming calls and proactive outreach
  • Evaluate prospective clients’ disability(ies) and symptom progression and close sales of services
  • Work empathically, efficiently, and in a compliant way when handling multiple clients per day
  • Monitor queues for incoming calls and review CRM regularly for outreach within established sales team metrics
  • Professionally and empathically present REE’s value proposition and ensure regulatory-compliant answers to questions
  • Communicate with compassion while promoting urgency to overcome roadblocks or objections
  • Update all client information in CRM accurately and completely within sales team metrics
  • Adhere to Compliance team regulations to ensure compliant sales and safeguard PII/PHI
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure sales invoices are properly created and submitted for processing
  • Success measured by hitting monthly sales targets and goals, CRM activity and accuracy, and calls per day

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or sales representative.
  • Previous experience in the medical industry is a Plus!
  • Previous experience operating in a quota driven environment, reporting on daily activities is a Plus!
  • Previous experience working with the Veteran community or within the VA regulations is a Plus!
  • At least 1 year of experience working within a CRM. (ZoHo, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple platforms including Salesforce, ZoHo, Slack, Teams, etc.
  • Comfortability being on the phone whether sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
  • Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of communicating in a remote-first environment.
  • Expert level attention to detail.
  • Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes.
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Ability and empathy to relate to all levels both with clients and internal team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A.S., B.A., B.S. degrees are a Plus!
