About the role
- Conduct analyses of existing business processes across sales, finance, and vendor operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, standardization and automation opportunities.
- Design and map new, streamlined workflows using process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity gains.
- Develop, write, implement, and govern internal business policies aligned with strategic goals and establish a governance model for adherence and regular reviews.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement models, knowledge repositories, and training programs to ensure adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, legal, and business operations to ensure processes and policies are technically feasible and legally sound.
- Define and track KPIs; provide regular, data-driven reports to senior leadership demonstrating impact and value.
- Collect and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements and prioritize according to business goals.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in business process management or transformation, with a strong emphasis on process and policy development.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to solve complex business problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and process improvement methodologies; experience with policy development and governance frameworks.
- Preferred: Experience working in digital advertising.
- Candidates should be located within the Eastern time zone.
