Manage and track community growth, engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics of a portfolio of global creators.
Collaborate with product managers to contribute to product and creator growth feature roadmaps.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage user communities across multiple platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to foster active and vibrant ecosystems.
Establish and maintain community quality monitoring systems to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and promote a safe, inclusive environment.
Analyze product usage data, community engagement metrics, and market trends to generate actionable insights that inform product improvements, community strategies, and partnership opportunities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and community campaigns in collaboration with marketing and product teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader platform goals and campaigns.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in product operations, partnerships, creator management, or cross-channel marketing, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry.
Proven experience working with crypto creators or a strong network within the crypto community.
Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and optimizing marketing or community campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, and Vietnamese is a plus to be able to coordinate with overseas stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective strategies.
