About the role
- Drive discovery and development of intuitive, scalable onboarding flows for patients, providers, and partners.
- Build reusable onboarding modules that adapt across platforms and user types.
- Collaborate with app and platform teams to embed onboarding into Dexcom’s digital products.
- Champion personalized, localized, and accessible onboarding experiences.
- Monitor onboarding performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Partner with regulatory, design, and engineering teams to ensure compliance and usability.
- Align onboarding with broader user journeys and product roadmaps.
- Influence onboarding completion, retention, and support reduction metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or related field, preferably in medical devices or other regulated spaces.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience; graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
- Able to work successfully with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep empathy for patients, caregivers, and providers.
- Ability to architect modular, scalable onboarding flows that work across diverse platforms and user types.
- Skilled at partnering with engineering, design, regulatory, and product teams.
- Comfortable using performance metrics, user feedback, and analytics.
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps.
- Understanding of how onboarding integrates with identity, data ingest, and reporting services.
- Focused on measurable impact — high completion rates, reduced support volume, increased retention.
