About the role
- Scale ads product adoption across Large Customer Sales advertisers in the United States, partnering with Sales to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow advertisers on priority product solutions.
- Focus on driving activation of Signals implementations and Shopping products utilization to meet customers' performance goals.
- Enable and equip Sales with knowledge, training, collateral, market insights, and tools to drive customer success.
- Work directly with advertisers to pitch, onboard, and activate across a variety of product solutions; advocate advertiser needs to PMM and Product teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PMM, Product, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, and other Product Adoption team members to develop and manage adoption programs.
- Partner with Sales and Strategy/Ops leadership to report, measure progress to goal, and identify steps to accelerate outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or relevant industries
- Industry Experience: A strong background in product adoption, growth, or sales strategy within the digital advertising industry.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive program success.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce.
- Preferred: Client-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive their success.
- Preferred: Analytical Skills: Solid familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools such as Mode, Tableau, and Salesforce to track key metrics and outcomes.
- Preferred: Project Management: Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Preferred: Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
