Platform Engineer

• Set architecture and standards for the hybrid cloud and messaging stack, ensuring configurations remain current and reversible. AWS, Azure, O365
• Stabilize user sign-in and mail flow by phasing out legacy patterns that create risk or delay. O365
• Plan and execute platform migrations and upgrades with thoroughly tested rollback procedures and clear stakeholder communication.
• Implement retention and eDiscovery controls that meet policy requirements without slowing down work.
• Lead significant incident response efforts: communicate status to leadership throughout and drive issues to closure with corrective actions.
• Improve system observability, alert quality, and automation; develop concise, accurate runbooks to streamline operations and incident response.
• Coordinate technical escalations with management, following through to root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Mentor and guide engineers, setting clear expectations for change control, documentation standards, and cost awareness in solution design.

Hybrid Cloud & Messaging Engineer, O365

Engineer

• Design and implement GCP-based infrastructure for enterprise applications and workloads.
• Develop cloud architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
• Configure and manage compute, storage, networking, and security services in GCP.
• Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and security controls.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar IaC tools.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for GCP workloads.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments using Stackdriver, Cloud Logging, and Monitoring.
• Stay current with GCP innovations and recommend improvements to architecture and processes.

GCP Engineer

• Responsibilities: We are seeking a Network Architect with design, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and design experience with solutions from one or more major networking OEM’s. (Juniper or Arista preferred)
• This role will be 50% pre-sales and 50% post-sales.
• Travel: Travel typically 50% or more a month
• The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $165k - $185k annually + bonuses + benefits.
