About the role
- Execute and document technical engagements that advance the adoption and growth in consumption of Red Hat products
- Conduct reviews of the customer's environment and applications to ensure they are well-architected
- Identify and aggregate technical adoption blockers discovered across multiple customers
- Be the Voice of the Customer sharing insights and best practices
Requirements
- Ability to lead and deliver presales and consultative-type customer-facing engagements
- Extensive experience working in enterprise software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Experience with and practical knowledge of DevOps/Automation tools such as Ansible, CI Tools, Git, Python
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills
- Significant technical experience in at least one major IT domain such as Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions
- Experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms such as OpenShift
