About the role
- Lead and grow the Americas sales team, 20% travel
- Develop and execute sales strategy to expand revenue and market share
- Manage consultative, long-cycle sales with global industrial customers
- Build key customer and partner relationships; drive deeper account penetration
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: technical or business background preferred
- 10+ years in technical sales, BD, or commercial leadership
- Experience in an engineer-to-order (ETO) or custom-engineered solutions environment - selling project-based, application-specific industrial systems (not commodity products)
- Experience selling engineered systems or complex industrial solutions
- Strong background in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, plastics, or related markets
- Proven sales leadership experience
- CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
