About the role
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with end-users across data center, IT, and facilities environments
- Conduct product demonstrations and virtual/in-person training sessions that highlight safety and ROI benefits
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and activity tracking
- Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align customer feedback with product development
- Represent at trade shows, industry events, and webinars to increase visibility and generate new leads
- Provide expert consultation on ergonomic compliance, operational efficiency, and best practices in data center handling and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience (technical or capital equipment sales preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth through consultative selling
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRM tools
- Background in data center infrastructure, IT equipment, or facilities management preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
