Responsible for growing Major Kitchen Accounts Nationally
Manage day-to-day sales activities towards cabinetry manufacturers
Engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually
Serve as a business advisor towards customers
Requirements
Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials, construction industries, and OEM cabinet makers.
Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth
Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.
Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, organize and plan
Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track daily activity, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up with customers' requests or needs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks
As this position requires regular automobile travel, you must have your own independent, reliable transportation. This position requires you to work "in the field," making in-person visits to customers nationally. Travel expected at least 50% of the time.
Candidate preferred locations are Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan. May require occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 50 lbs.
