About the role

  • Red Cell Partners incubates technology-led companies; TARA Mind expands access to ketamine and psychedelic mental health therapies.
  • Manage strategic and operational functions across finance, product, marketing, implementation, and team coordination.
  • Product Operations: own and maintain product roadmap; track feature development; manage intake for new features.
  • Team Coordination/Project Management: maintain Sync Matrix; facilitate weekly stand-ups; organize Drive filing; coordinate RFPs and bids; identify sales ops best practices; project manage company implementations and DocuSign execution; support enterprise-wide coordination across TARA and Red Cell Partners.
  • Finance & Investor Relations: manage expense reports; coordinate with Red Cell Partners for approvals; distribute quarterly financials and complete investor questionnaires; schedule and coordinate Board meetings; process invoices and Bill.com transactions; oversee Amex transactions; manage insurance policies and renewals.
  • Enterprise Events & Conferences: handle travel and registration logistics; oversee webinar logistics (Zoom links, registration pages).
  • Marketing: maintain current decks and one-pagers; follow up with employer interest form submissions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in business operations, project management, or similar roles, with a focus on cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as JIRA (ninja-level expertise preferred), Hubspot, Zoom, and other enterprise software.
  • Experience in product and clinical operations, with a good understanding of TARA’s product and services. – Bonus qualification
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work East Coast hours and have flexibility to work when needed.
